  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Move the rack to the middle of the oven.<\/li>\n
  2. In an 8-inch skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Saut\u00e9 the garlic for about 30 seconds. Add the chicken and hot sauce. Simmer for about two minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.<\/li>\n
  3. Reduce heat to low and mix in cream cheese until combined. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Pour it into a baking dish, and top with both cheeses. <\/li>\n
  4. Bake for about 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the edges are bubbling. Broil for about a minute to brown the top. <\/li>\n
  5. Garnish with green onions.<\/li>\n

     #2 – Jalape\u00f1o Poppers<\/strong>

     What You’ll Need:<\/p>\n

     • 12 large jalape\u00f1o peppers<\/li>\n
     • 4 cut-up slices of bacon<\/li>\n
     • 8 oz. softened block cream cheese<\/li>\n
     • ½ tsp. garlic powder<\/li>\n
     • ¼ cup green onions<\/li>\n
     • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese<\/li>\n
     • 1 tbsp. melted butter<\/li>\n
     • \u2153 cup panko bread crumbs<\/li>\n
     • Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

       \nInstructions:<\/p>\n

       1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Move the rack to the top of the oven.<\/li>\n
       2. Cook the bacon in a skillet for about 10 minutes, or until crispy. <\/li>\n
       3. Meanwhile, slice jalpe\u00f1o peppers in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and ribs. <\/li>\n
       4. Add the cream cheese, garlic powder, green onions, and cheddar cheese to a medium mixing bowl. <\/li>\n
       5. Remove the cooked bacon from the skillet, dice it up, and stir it into the bowl of the other ingredients. Mix until smooth.<\/li>\n
       6. Spoon the filling into each jalape\u00f1o half, pressing it down to create a flat surface for the panko topping.<\/li>\n
       7. Place the butter in a small bowl and melt in the microwave. Stir in panko. Sprinkle over each jalape\u00f1o half using your hands. <\/li>\n
       8. Bake the jalape\u00f1o poppers uncovered for 20-25 minutes. Season with salt and pepper if needed. <\/li>\n
       9. Once cooled, enjoy!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            3. Transfer onto a medium baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle coarse salt on top. <\/li>\n
            4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. <\/li>\n
