3 tbsp. unsalted butter<\/li>\n
3 scallions<\/li>\n
1 tsp. lemon zest<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Toss the brussels sprouts and oil in a large bowl, and season with salt and black pepper.<\/li>\n
Arrange the brussels sprouts cut side down on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes until the brussel sprouts are charred and brown.<\/li>\n
As the brussel sprouts are roasting, bring honey to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring often, for three minutes, or until the honey is a deep amber color. Remove the sauce from heat.<\/li>\n
Add vinegar and whisk until sauce is smooth. Set the saucepan over medium heat, add butter and salt, then cook, for about 4 minutes.<\/li>\n
Transfer the brussels sprouts to a large bowl. Add the glaze and toss to coat. Top with scallions and lemon zest.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

Tear or slice bread into 1\/4" cubes. Arrange on a baking sheet and leave out overnight to dry.<\/li>\n
Preheat the oven to 350º and grease your baking dish with butter.<\/li>\n
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1\/2 cup butter. Add onion and celery. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 8 minutes.<\/li>\n
Stir in garlic, parsley, sage, thyme, and rosemary and stir for about 1 minute more, then season with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n
Place bread in a large bowl. Add onion mixture, and toss to combine.<\/li>\n

2 lb. medium carrots, tops trimmed<\/li>\n
6 tbsp. unsalted butter, cut into pieces<\/li>\n
\u2153 cup (packed) light brown sugar<\/li>\n
\u2153 cup pure maple syrup<\/li>\n
¾ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes<\/li>\n
Salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Preheat the oven to 400°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with three sheets of foil. Cut the carrots on a diagonal into 3" pieces.<\/li>\n

1 (10½ oz) can cream of mushroom soup<\/li>\n

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray an 8×8-inch oven-safe dish with cooking spray.<\/li>\n
