CityPlace Apartments Guest Suites
The beauty of luxury apartment rentals with The Apex at CityPlace is that it gives your friends and family access to our 568 sq. ft. guest suite. This means that everyone will be staying under one roof and your out of town guests will have access to all the wonderful amenities and appliances that you do. Our guest suite is a fully-furnished E2 floor plan with washer/dryer, kitchen, bed, and private outdoor patio. It has the very same modern design elements our residents enjoy, and is available to rent seven days a week with a max stay of up to ten consecutive days.
The rates are $100 Sunday thru Thursday and $125 on Friday and Saturday. That rate includes an assigned parking space. However, there is no daily housekeeping service. Housekeeping is completed in between guest stays.

As previously mentioned, your guests will have access to all the luxury amenities that the Apex at CityPlace offers to its residents. If you’re looking to experience a little fun in the sun, you can relax by our expansive resort-style pool in one of our many lounges or cabanas. If you’re looking to show your guests how we BBQ here in KC, we’ve got professional grade grills with an outdoor dining area that has plenty of flat screen TVs.
In addition to our poolside experience, residents of The Apex at CityPlace and their guests will also have a variety of outdoor amenities, games, and places to relax so they can fully immerse themselves in vacation mode…even if they have to work remotely. We know that a lot of people on vacation still have to check in with work from time to time, which is why we have a state-of-the-art conference room and co-working space. If your guests need high-speed internet and a place to set up their laptop, The Apex at CityPlace’s co-working space will provide them with the quiet and professional environment they need to get their work done.
Are you friends and family into fitness? Fantastic! They can use our exclusive fitness center, health club, yoga studio, and cycling studio. Looking to arrange dinner plans? You can use the exclusive dining club located right on-site here at The Apex. And, of course, we can’t forget our furry friends.
